willisadork:

A complete collection of Popy action figures. The Japanese equivalent of Mego Corp. Popy also produced 8” action figures with cloth costuming concentrating more on the popular Sentai and Anime shows of the day (Kamen Rider,Ultraman, Gatchaman, etc.) That being the case, Popy also produced Batman,Superman, and Spider-Man figures that were identical to their Mego counterparts.

The best part of this assortment is that you can totally tell it is from 1979, thanks to the presence of Battle Fever J, Ultraman Joe (from the animated THE ULTRAMAN), and Eagle Ken branded as being from GATCHAMAN II.
The worst part is the lack of Miss America and Kamen Rider 2.
